Planet Coaster: Console Edition, Frontier Developments, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, next-gen

Planet Coaster: Cabinet Edition is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X this year. Frontier Developments disclosed on Chirrup that the release date of the current-gen version of the amusement park sim has been pushed back down from its original summertime release window to holiday 2022 in order to have a simultaneous launch with next-gen platforms. The studio shared no details on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions other than that they will be "enhanced."

Frontier released a statement regarding the decision to bring its theme car park sim to next-gen consoles, saying, "[The next-gen consoles] will bring some amazing advances in engineering science, and we're worthy to be a component part of that exhilarating new development in the gaming industry." This is the studio apartment's first title to be disclosed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Serial publication X.

Planet Coaster: Console Variant lets players customize and manage their own pleasure ground. Frontier touts depth and strategy as two of the game's most heady features, as players are given freedom to experimentation and please crowds.

The RollerCoaster Tycoon developer first launchedPlanet Coaster for PC back in 2016. Though it is still supportive the lame, the studio has also worked connected other popular games, much as Planet Zoo, Jurassic World Evolution, and Selected Unreliable.
